2 lb bag of hashbrown potatoes, thawed
2 Cups of Sour Cream (large container)
1 stick of Butter, melted
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 T. minced Onion
1 tsp. salt
For the topping
1 stick Butter, melted
2 Cups crushed cornflakes
Mix all ingredients for the casserole except for ingredients listed for the topping in a large mixing bowl. Place in a greased 9x13 pan
Mix crushed cornflakes and butter in a small bowl and spread across the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
