Getting Closer

As promised, here is an update photo on the path.  Andrew has been working his butt off this week on the path and has made some serious progress.  I think the plan is to put the rock base down this weekend and maybe get the path down... maybe... fingers crossed! 

I also had to take this opportunity to share another delicious kitchen concoction!  I found a recipe on pinterest for enchilada pasta.  I didn't like the stuffing the shells part of the meal because I was in a hurry tonight.  My solution was to mix the pasta and the "sauce" together and bake.  I'm eating dinner now and can tell you I'm pretty sure it tastes the same.  The only thing I'm not sure about are the sweet peppers.  I opted not to use the green onion and jalapeno peppers.  I'm not a fan of crazy spicy things.
