Project season 2016 has begun! In February, a couple of lights in the living room track light went out. When we pulled the bulbs out to replace them, we realized that they couldn't be replaced. The light came from Ikea, and it turns out they don't make those bulbs anymore. So, our only option was to replace the light. While we were replacing the track light, we decided to replace a few others as well. We replaced the lights on the front of the house as well as the light on the back porch. The light on the back porch is a spotlight, and makes it a lot easier to find the dogs in the yard at night!
The new lights out front. The old ones were cracked and rusty.

And the new light in the living room.

New hallway lights. We switched them out so they go with the other lights we have installed
While we were replacing the lights, we also bought new chairs to go with our dining room table. The chairs that we had match our table, which belonged to my grandparents. Needless to say, the chairs are rather old. They started falling apart, beyond what we could fix. The chairs we bought have taller back on them and are a little more comfortable to sit in.
Next up on our list is the shed. We hope to have that in by May. Andrew says it will be nice to get the lawn junk out of the garage and free up more space for his workshop.
